Aufgaben und Einsatzfelder

The objective of the DBFZ Deutsches Biomasseforschungszentrum gemeinnützige GmbH is application-oriented research and development in the field of energetic and integrated material use of renewable raw materials in the bioeconomy with special consideration of innovative techniques of economic effects and environmental concerns. To support our team, we are looking for a Research Associate (m/f/d) "Supply Chain Concepts and Stakeholder Analysis"
Your tasks:
Development of mobilisation and management concepts as well as supply chain solutions for (utilised and un-utilised) biogenic resources on national, EU and international level
Application of stakeholder analyses to determine hindrances and enablers of resource availability as well as motivation of relevant stakeholder
Collection, analysis and evaluation of quantitative and qualitative data (e.g. surveys, interviews, workshops)
Development of concepts for plausible presentation of the results
Scientific handling of the results (conferences, publications etc.)
Collaboration with a broad range of partners in EU projects

Scientific university education (master's degree, diploma) in business and management (e.g. supply chain management, operations management)

Kenntnisse und Fähigkeiten

Your qualifications:
Scientific university education (master's degree, diploma) in business and management (e.g. supply chain management, operations management)
First professional experience preferred but not required
Experience in self-determined project work preferred
Experience with qualitative analysis software preferred, e.g. NVivo or Atlas.ti
Very good oral and written communication skills
